Wellbeing Programmes

Gardening and being in nature improves your mental and physical wellbeing. Based in our 6 acre gardens and nature reserve we will support you to learn new skills, build confidence and connect with people in a safe, inclusive environment.

All our programmes are based around the 5 ways to wellbeing - connect with other people, learn new skills, be active, take notice and give to others. Taking these 5 steps you can take to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
