Lindengate assures that it does not rent or trade email lists with other organisations or businesses.

All donations and payments made through the Lindengate website are processed securely using third-party payment platforms Enthuse and Little Box Office. We also take payments using Zettle.Lindengate does not store your card details for these payments. The Lindengate website, powered by Squarespace, collects standard internet log information and visitor behaviour details. We will also collect relevant medical details necessary to tailor our course to your specific needs and to keep you safe whilst you are on our site. This information will be gathered through referral or registration forms, either in paper format or online, and during any preliminary assessments with our staff. 

Use of Information: Your information will be used to: 

·         Process your enrolment on the relevant programme/course. 

·         Communicate with you about programme/course schedules, updates, and related activities. 

·         Ensure the programme/course is suitable and safe for your specific health conditions. 

·         Adapt the course content to better meet the needs of all attendees. 

Volunteers

By providing your personal and medical details for enrolment as a volunteer you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement. 

 Information Collection: When you enrol as a Volunteer we will ask for personal contact details including your name, address, email, and telephone number. We will also collect relevant medical details necessary for us to understand any specific needs you have and therefore help keep you safe whilst you are on site. This information will be gathered through our registration forms, either in paper format or online, and during any preliminary assessments with our staff. 

 Use of Information: Your information will be used to: 

·         Process your enrolment as a Volunteer. 

·         Communicate with you about Volunteering updates and related activities.  

·         Ensure that the Volunteering activities you undertake at Lindengate are suitable and safe for your specific health conditions. 

·         Adapt the management of all our volunteers to better meet their needs

Disclosure of Information: We will not disclose your personal and medical information to any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances: 

·         To healthcare professionals or emergency services if required for your safety whilst on site. 

·         As required by law, where we believe it is necessary to respond to legal process or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lindengate or our attendees, volunteers and staff.

We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Access to your medical information is restricted to authorized personnel only and is stored securely on our restricted database. 

 Data Retention: Your personal and medical information will be retained whilst you are attending Lindengate and for 12 months after you have finished attending to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement. After 12 months we will keep a basic record of your attendance (name and email address only) for a further 5 years before we delete this information completely.
