We will also collect relevant medical details necessary for us to understand any specific needs you have and therefore help keep you safe whilst you are on site. This information will be gathered through our registration forms, either in paper format or online, and during any preliminary assessments with our staff.

· Process your enrolment as a Volunteer.
· Communicate with you about Volunteering updates and related activities.
· Ensure that the Volunteering activities you undertake at Lindengate are suitable and safe for your specific health conditions.
· Adapt the management of all our volunteers to better meet their needs
Disclosure of Information: We will not disclose your personal and medical information to any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:
· To healthcare professionals or emergency services if required for your safety whilst on site.

Data Retention: Your personal and medical information will be retained whilst you are attending Lindengate and for 12 months after you have finished attending to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement. After 12 months we will keep a basic record of your attendance (name and email address only) for a further 5 years before we delete this information completely.
